Let's Scrap sketches 3-14-12 & 3-28-12

Hi Everyone!

It's Sunday again-Huzzah!! Sunday is a.k.a laundry day for us here. I have a couple of layouts to share today. One is a layout I did last week and just didn't get around to posting and the other I just did today.

This first one I made using Let's Scrap's 3-14-12 layout and it is of our one year anniversary. Since East 40(where my husband proposed was closed) I made chicken breast, mashed potatoes, and a spinach-avocado salad with non-alcoholic peach wine. Our anniversary cake was red velvet and it was still perfect after one year! We ate the whole cake it was so good....but not in one day though.

The other one I did today is using the recent sketch going on at Let's Scrap, sketch 3-28-12. This is meeting our God daughter, Avrianna Leigh, for the first time. Please excuse the curled pages as I used pink glimmer mist on the white background paper. I have not figured out what I could do to flatten it again after I've spritzed it. Tips are greatly appreciated!! I also did a pink stitched around the letters with a pink zig pen. This was a great sketch to use up some of my scraps.

I think I hear my washing machine stop...guess I'd better get the next load in. Plus I need to go clean up from creating the above sketch. I hate the clean up process. lol Oh well...Have a great rest of your Sunday everyone!!
