My Paper Crafting Challenge #126--Spring

Hi everyone! It's hump day once again and it's time for a new Crafting with Cutters challenge at My Paper Crafting!

This week's challenge is:
Make a project with anything Spring related.

Here is what I came up with:

I made this A2 card with some grey cardstock, a blue mat, and then some grass paper on top of that. I cut the pail, shovel, dirt and flowers from the Simply Charmed cartridge. Then around the bucket, shovel, and sentiment I inked with Tim Holtz's "black soot" ink. My sentiment says, "In the Spring at the end of the day, you should smell like dirt".

Thanks for taking a look and make sure to go to My Paper Crafting to check out the other DT member's creations and to see all the rules to play along.

Have a great Hump Day!

  3. This is an adorable card Jennifer! I am loving that sentiment and it is so true too! lol I always love to ride along with DH when he plowed the ground, but now there is no plowing only no tilling-took my joy away of smelling the earth as it was turned over. lol So now I have to dig in the ground! lol Great, great card!!!
