Merry Christmas + Our Festivities

Merry Christmas everyone!!

I hope you all had a great holiday. I can't believe we have no snow on the ground!! I really thought it would try to blizzard Christmas Day again but no!! It has been so long since we've had a dry & brown Christmas!! We are finally alone again in our apartment and winding down from the holiday weekend.

The gifts I made for everyone were a hit with both the kids and adults! Here is the gifts I made for the kids(didn't post this yet):

It's a jar filled with red cordial cherry m&m's and the tag says "Rudolph's Spares". I got the idea off another blog I follow...but I can't remember  whose it was now!

My scrapping loot I received from my family.

Bill, Nightfury, and I on Christmas Eve after spending the night at his family's place opening gifts and going to the 11:00 p.m. candlelight service.

We decided to open our gifts to each other when we got home Christmas Eve. I gave Bill the Back to the Future trilogy on blu ray. He was really excited.

Nightfury observed all the festivities.

Bill likes to put weird things in my gifts to throw me off. I'm a really good guesser at what my gifts are from him. This time he put my weights in the box.

He gave me Carmen performed by the met on dvd. It was from last years season. We saw it at our local theatre , live in HD. It was one of the best Carmen's I've seen!!

I made Pillsbury's recipe for an ornament tree crescent rolls.

Yummy!!

You spread a cream cheese, sour cream, dill, and garlic powder mixture over the top and add your favorite veggies on top. This is my favorite way to eat veggies. lol With lots of cream cheese!!!

Washed my poinsettias dishes my mom didn't want anymore for Christmas dinner.

One side of our spread: Crescent veggie rolls, more veggies, fruit platter, meat and cheese platter. ..

Desserts, drinks, cheddar cheese ball, pepper jack cheese ball and crackers, cheesy potato and sauerkraut padaha!!

My side of the family eating on Christmas day...my hubby is such a poser...:P

I made little Santa strawberries...found this idea on pinterest!

I think they are so cute and so easy to fix up!!

Stuffed and getting ready to open gifts.

My parents got us each a soft blanket from Sam's Club. SOOOOO SOFT!!!

My sister's boyfriend joined us later after he hung out with his family. Bill and I got the red blankets and my sister and her boyfriend got the blue blankets!
Everyone have a great holiday break if you're in the school districts(I'll be working full-time at Hobby Lobby now until school resumes next week) and have fun planning your resolutions for the new year. I know I'll be busy doing that...I have many goals I'm thinking about!

Have a great night!!
