25 Days of Christmas Day 23: Angels

Hi everyone!

I am so very proud to be on the Cricut designer team and to be able to help provide inspiration in this fun event. We have many designers designing for this showcase in the areas of Cricut, SVG, Digi's, Calendar Pages, and Vintage Graphics. There will be lots of inspiration, Daily freebies, and weekly prizes!! Join in on the fun!!

Today's challenge is:

Here is my take on this challenge:
I made this A2 card on white cardstock with the tan music notes paper mat laid down and then the snowflake patterned paper. The angel is cut from the Quilted Christmas cartridge and then I stamped "Snowflakes are kisses sent from heaven" at the bottom for my sentiment.

25 Days of Christmas Day 12: Kris & Kompany

Hi everyone!
Today is the third day of the 3rd Annual 25 Days Christmas and Year 'Round Crafting Showcase over at My Paper Crafting.

Here is today's challenge:

And here is what I created for today's challenge:
I took my card base and cut it to be another A2 card which is 4 1/4" X 5 1/2" and then added this pretty green, polka-dotted paper that measures at 4" X 5 1/4" and then cut this Santa stuck in the chimney image from Cricut's A Quilted Christmas cartridge. Then in the corner, I stamped "Please Santa, don't be late!" The berries on the image are so small and so instead of using the paper cut berries, I just added some red stickles dots for the berries. Much easier!!

25 Days of Christmas Day 8: Candles and Lights

Hi everyone!
Today is the third day of the 3rd Annual 25 Days Christmas and Year 'Round Crafting Showcase over at My Paper Crafting.

Here is today's challenge:

Here is what I did with today's challenge:

The red base is 4 1/4" X 5 1/2" with a white mat on top measuring at 4 1/8" X 5 3/8". Then I added the pretty patterned black paper and that is 4" X 5 1/4". Then I cut the window out of black paper from Christmas Solutions cartridge and put it on top of this pretty patterned tan and red snowflake paper and just trimmed around the window to cut the excess snowflake paper off. The window also has snow in the corners of the window which is somewhat hard to see and I added some stickles glitter glue to that for that sparlking snow touch. Then I pieced today the rows of candles and that is cut from A Quilted Christmas cartridge.

You can see the snow better in this one.

25 Days of Christmas Day 3: Poinsettias, Pinecones, & Presents

Hi everyone!
Today is the third day of the 3rd Annual 25 Days Christmas and Year 'Round Crafting Showcase over at My Paper Crafting.

For day 3 the challenge is: Pretty Poinsettias, Pinecones, or Presents

I chose to use poinsettias. Here is my creation for this challenge:
This card is 4 1/4" X 5 1/2" on green cardstock and with this pretty green and red paper which is measured at 4" X 5 1/4". The sentiment mat is cut from the Elegant Edges cartridge with the sentiment, "May all the joys of Christmas be yours" stamped on it. The poinsettias border is from the Quilted Christmas cartridge. I think it's so pretty! Love this time of year!
