Four Day Weekend....Perfect Time for Scrapping!

Evening everyone!

I have 3 layouts to share today. Hopefully more to come as it is a four day weekend from school. :D Also some other good news: I got an interview with Hobby Lobby and I went in and interviewed yesterday and then hired right after the interview and came back last night at 5 p.m. for orientation. I start November 1st. Yay! I will be a substitute teacher by day and a craft sales associate/cashier by night. ;)

So my friend Tiff came over today for some scrapping hang out time. We each got 3 layouts done. We're getting quite good at being productive.
You can check her blog out here: http://t-craftingnscrapping.blogspot.com/

More Disney World layouts from me.

Over by Ariel's Cove. We never got to get a picture with her. Line was super  long but we did go and see her show. :) Based off of Sassy Lil' Sketches Send Off Sketch 3. I switched it up by using only 3 pictures and spacing them further apart.

I love this paper and how the mermaid looks as if she's dancing!

Mickey's Boo To You Halloween Parade based on Let's Scrap's 4-6-11 sketch.  Entering this for Sketches in Thyme's Open Sketch!

Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party
Thanks for looking! Now on to planning tomorrow's planning.

Sketches in Thyme Sketch 57

This next layout is for Sketches in Thyme's sketch #57. I love "The Sword in the Stone". I'm really having a lot of fun the paper doll cartridge. All of the accessories that come with the main characters to make are so much fun.

We were not the rightful rulers of England. :(

Sketche in Thyme Design Team Call

Hey all!

Tonight's post is a layout I'm submitting for Sketches in Thyme's DT call. I have only just begun to create using sketches but I have accomplished so much already and finished my wedding album and am halfway to being done with my honeymoon scrapbook after joining in on the sketch challenges. I would absolutely love to be able to join my first DT and be able to help inspire others to scrapbook their memories!!

This layout is with Chip and Dale in Epcot and they posed our hands to show off our wedding rings and actually had the photographer get a close-up of the rings which I did not use in the layout but it was pretty cute when Dale was trying to get our hands just right. :) Hope you like it!

Here is the picture that they got of our rings in Dale's hand.

Have a great night, rest well! Tomorrow is Thursday and almost there Friday! :D

Sketches in Thyme #56

Good Afternoon!

Starting the afternoon off with another challenge. This next one is for Sketches in Thyme sketch #56. Once again, I made it into a two page layout. Few fun photos in Asia in Animal Kingdom and also roller coaster ride there, "Expedition Everest." Loved that roller coaster. Running out of track as we climb "Mt. Everest" to stop and all of a sudden the track switches and the roller coaster starts going backwards....in the dark! Lots of twists and turns in the dark which was really trippy and finding the yeti! Too much fun!

I really love using those fancy flowers in scrapbooking but the downside is that when you put them in the page protector sleeves they stick up so much and I worry that the pages will get wrecked. Any one else have this frustration/problem?
Have a great afternoon! Maybe I will see you all later!

Sketches in Thyme #55

Hey all,

Brief post this morning as I need to go substitute teach for the afternoon but here is my submission for #55 on Sketches in Thyme.

I made it into a two page layout.

Thanks for looking and maybe I'll have some more layouts this afternoon before my rehearsal...at least by tomorrow morning for sure!!
